🔹What is your role at Nittan Europe?
→Sales Administrator
🔹How long have you been with the company?
→10 months – a year in June.
🔹What does your role involve on a day-to-day basis?
→I am responsible for manging the customer enquiries and supporting the full sales cycle. Duties include preparing and issuing quotes, processing orders, generating invoices, coordinating customer returns and liaising with logistics. Handling inbound calls and providing excellent customer service, as well as manging export orders and ensuring all documentation and processes are completed efficiently.
🔹What do you enjoy most about your work?
→I enjoy how varied the role is – from speaking with customers to processing orders, there’s always something to keep me busy. I also love the satisfaction of keeping everything organized and running smoothly.
