🔹What is your role at Nittan Europe?
→I’m the Quality Manager at Nittan Europe.
🔹How long have you been with the company?
→I joined Nittan Europe in February 2026, so it has been just over six months. It’s been a busy but very enjoyable start!
🔹What does your role involve on a day-to-day basis?
→My role is quite varied. I’m responsible for maintaining and continually improving our Quality Management System, supporting product and regulatory compliance, coordinating internal, external and supplier audits, and working closely with different teams and suppliers to resolve quality issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
🔹What do you enjoy most about your work?
→I enjoy the variety and problem-solving side of quality. Every day can bring a different challenge, and I particularly enjoy working with different people to understand an issue, find the root cause and develop a practical solution.
🔹What makes Nittan Europe a great place to work?
→Definitely the people and the working environment. Everyone has been very welcoming and supportive since I joined. There is good communication across the different departments, and people are always willing to share their knowledge and experience.
🔹How would you describe the team?
→Friendly, supportive and collaborative. We’re a close-knit team, and everyone is willing to help each other when needed.
🔹One fun fact about you
→I’m a big fan of Japanese anime and enjoy collecting figures in my spare time – perhaps it’s no coincidence that I ended up working for a Japanese company! 😄
