As the current crisis continues and the unpredictable spread of Coronavirus COVID-19 worsens, I hope you will all keep safe and well.
We at Nittan would like to add our voices to the many others, and express our sincere appreciation for the healthcare workers and all others who are on the front line, working hard to contain this virus.
As the MD expressed in the previous statement, we remain open and fully operational in line with UK Government guidance.
However, during this time of crisis the situation for our couriers and their own staff remains problematic, meaning it is becoming difficult for couriers to guarantee timed collection of goods.
This impacts our normal ability to offer same day dispatch of orders received before 2:00 PM. Therefore, as a temporary measure we have been forced to bring forward our cut-off time to receive Purchase Orders for same day dispatch to 11:00 AM.
We apologise if this causes any inconvenience to your business, but hope you will appreciate the extenuating circumstances are beyond our control and accept this temporary amendment to our standard terms.
